A Product You Bought But dissatisfied about
- what was the product
- from where did you buy it
- what was not satisfying
I am not a compulsive shopper and always like to research a lot on the internet before buying any good. I have purchased many products, and I usually remain quite satisfied with them as I enquire about the quality of the merchandise from various resources. But sometimes misleading advertisements persuade us to purchase buying any right products that are not quite useful to us.
Here, I would like to describe one such incident that happened with me a couple of years back. I had recently graduated, and my father was quite happy with my results. He gave me an offer that I could buy anything of my choice as a gift from him. I was encouraged to hear that, and as I was in dire need of a mobile phone, I wasted no time ordering the latest mobile phone from a leading e-commerce website.
I was eagerly waiting for my phone to arrive and was delighted when it was delivered to me. As I unwrapped the box, I saw that the mobile phone was in a sealed box. It worked fine for the first half an hour, but after that, it stopped working. I tried to switch it on, but all my efforts went in vain. I was furious at the dealer and phoned the customer care of that website.
I told the representative about my problem, and he assured me that the needful would be done. After one day, I got a phone call from the same company that they would replace my phone, but I was fixated on getting my money back. So, after 3-4 days, one courier guy came to my house and took the phone. After another two days, they refunded my money in my bank account. Though I got my money back, I didn’t have a phone for almost one week. It was a terrible experience. Now, I refrain from purchasing any electronic product online
